Dinner tonight was cooked and served in around 10 minutes Two beautiful fillets of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Oak smoked haddock cooked in unsalted butter Served with a warm Aberdeen Buttery roll. Half a medium sized onion, garlic, 10 baby vine tomatoes, 3 large free range eggs, ground black pepper,Piri Piri dry spice mix🌶️🔥 And a little whole milk cooked until the vegetables were soft in EVOO and unsalted butter🍜👨‍🍳 Topped with thin slices of mature Orkney cheddar👌
