I got the last chapter for Shogaku Magazine's 1992 #Zelda #LttP feature scanned, cleaned, and uploaded. This is a magazine for first graders but the art is super amazing. It's where the badass image of Ganon comes from. September, Part 6: archive.org/details/zine...

Hey @bsky.app @support.bsky.team I can't sign in to another account that I have. It accepts my credentials and just spins. On mobile, I was able to get it to popup which led to an age verification prompt that gave me "Unable to contact your service". How can we resolve this?

You never just be UV unwrapping a couch for like 7h42m?

A 3d model of a hideous green sofa from the 1970s with a circular coffee table with glass inset in the center. The glass has enough dried cocaine on it to kill the entire Nixon administration.

On my big trip last week, I rode 461.53 miles of transit, not counting the GoBuses from Alewife to New York or the Amtrak from New Rochelle to Boston. I think my favorite train I rode was the Hudson Line express train at sunset, and my favorite restaurant I ate at was the pizza shop in Far Rockaway.

i believe people when they say linux has gotten better in the last few years. what i'm skeptical of is that linux Guys have improved. i will not use an OS where i'm at high risk of someone calling me stupid for not liking some aspect of the experience. i must be allowed to hate the computer

Hi Hi ❤️ If you or someone you know has Japanese as a first language and you can translate to English, I’d like to speak with you about translating a small piece of text. I can pay you for your time and the price is negotiable.

@geoscopy.bsky.social I loved your awesome geology research from the Era of the Wilds Zelda! Your findings match my findings. It started for me when I noticed this lovely trail behind Eldin. This trial isn’t nearly as long in the past either.

It's rare to get a full set of dungeon map art for all 9 levels in the original Legend of #Zelda so this little guide is a gem for that reason. I just cleaned & added them here: www.flickr.com/photos/histo... 600dpi full guide, & 2400dpi RAW/edited art uploading, here: archive.org/details/guid...

A gallery screenshot showing all 9 levels from the original Legend of Zelda on the Nintendo Famicom.

Here's the original line art for Katsuya Terada's #PrinceofPersia piece. I'm not sure its ever been scanned. This is from my copy of Rakuga King 寺田克也ラクガキング which I've been meaning to de-bind for better scans anyway. This is at 600dpi but I did it at 2400dpi & will upload it later #Nintendo #Famicom

Finally got my copy of Lock-On 6! I’ve been excited this one for ever since I pitched an article about Ocarina’s dev history to them in early 2023. It’s a stunning book. Very proud to have my name in here, and honored to have @amilcarpinna.bsky.social’s incredible art with my words

A photo of a hardcover book with an illustration of Celes in her opera outfit — in Yoshitaka Amano’s trademark style!

A photo of issue 6 next to issues 1 and 2. #6 looks about x4 the size of the other two.

A lavish two-page illsutration of Ocarina’s Hyrule Field, with Link riding Epona filling the space on the left, and wide open negative space to the right.

A photo of a two-page spread of writing, about Ocarina’s development history

Hey there, until further notice, I won’t be publishing videos to YouTube. I was flagged by their program that uses AI to determine if you’re under the age of 18 or not. I refuse to comply with this bullshit. youtube.com/post/UgkxLG8...

I’ve had more than my fair share of accusations that I’m alarmist but yes actually, those in the process or who’ve updated their gender markers in the past are having their passports and papers seized. 19thnews.org/2025/01/tran... michiganadvance.com/2025/02/03/t... www.ndtv.com/world-news/f...

This is probably my favorite Zelda map of all time, the art is just so great. It's from the German Link's Awakening guide & I spent a lot of time restoring it. The artist is likely Kazunori Aihara | 相原和典 who did "Let's Find Pokemon." My high-res scans are here: archive.org/details/zeld...

For the curious. I did this with Blender using the updated models and textures from Skyward Sword NSW. I had to create normal maps for everything because they game doesn’t actually use them(???)
