ICE just kidnapped a woman at LAX airport Saturday Oct 3, 12:50AM. A community member was able to record when several ICE goons who refused to identify themselves grabbed the woman, put her into a van and then drove off.

Everyone should be fighting for Universal Healthcare and disability rights. Health is fragile. You can become disabled or chronically ill in an instant. It’s not a moral failing. It can wipe out your savings and leave you destitute. Healthcare is a basic human right.

Urgency is so non person centred too. A chronically ill person manages their own condition including timing vaccinations around medication, QOL, work, vaccination reactions, current symptoms. The NHS needs to get a grip of themselves on this, psyhcologisation and on the risks of covid.

I just don't get it 🤔 I've been offered a Free Flu Vaccination on the NHS - URGENTLY. I.e. within 4 days of receiving the email. Because I am judged as being at high risk from the Flu. But the SARS virus that gave me blood clots, a Pulmonary Embolism AND Long Covid isn't as much of a threat to me?
