An apple farm I used to sometimes stop by replaced all their roadside banners with AI Ghibli stuff. Sent them a complaint and won't be going back.

Wanted to sleep in as its the weekend. Made it about 30 minutes extra before my dog wakes up and gets in my face with that "you owe me food" look.

For some reason I have been wanting to try iOS. Last Apple phone like product I had was an iPod. I have been a fairly hardcore Android user for about 16 years now. Been having to help people with them at work while not knowing much. Maybe I can call it an investment.

"Modern" web design. Cant stand this flow and the two sentences followed by an ad that takes up twice as much room.

Ah I didn't know it was fully confirmed I saw the trailer and am really hoping it will get finished. I always worry with all the studio closures going on.

I miss the original .hack series. Been playing through the G.U. remastered the past couple of weeks. I hope the rumor of a new title coming out turns out to be true. Good nostalgia vibes from your image 😀

Not gonna lie Tailscale is kinda dope for self hosted stuff. Was able to quickly get my personal search engine back online for my devices hella quick.

This interview covers a lot of the reasoning behind Bazzite's design, the history behind it and why we believe it's the model for the future of the Linux desktop. Michael also does a lot of good Linux content outside of this, so check him out if that's your jam 💜

It's my favorite day! It's the 38th anniversary of the Max Headroom signal broadcast intrusion! 1st incident lasted 25s during the 9PM news on WGN-TV in Chicago; The 2nd, 2hrs later, lasted ~90s on PBS affiliate WTTW during Dr. Who. You can watch it here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqge...

Tried converting an older laptop over to #Kazeta this evening. Looked promising but wouldn't boot without shutting off almost immediately. Dunno if it doesn't meet the specs or what? It is running a nvidia 1070 which is technically older than the 1650 I think.

#linuxgaming we need like a tux royal or something. Every battle royal I find and start to like bans me for using Linux. The latest ban came from #farlight84 I finished the tutorial and the not match and prior to playing with people I somehow got banned.

I remember ranked choice voting in TN highschool back in 98 during Gov class. It's BS they don't get it, that or they never tried. It's on most applications... Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 4 (1 being the least like you 4 being the most like you) Dependable _ Attentive _ Responsible _ Loyal _

WTH happened to modern #webdev I'm trying to interface with a simple server running locally but the library requires me to get node and NPM + some random extention on VSCode to allow me to run a live server then even with a simple test it still bugs out. Hopefully I am just overcomplicating.

I have tried the YouTube games before. I am a sucker for a good word puzzle but everything I came across on there was like it was a mobile game demo or something. It's all seems like low effort click bait to keep you on the app longer.

It has more direct access to RAM and currently requires it to be soldered on. So instead of solely relying on a GPU like a 4090 with a limit of 24gb of vram the AMD AI can utilize almost the entirety of the 128GB in the Framework Desktop allowing larger local models to be ran.
