Andrew Johnson being one of the top five worst presidents ever is an underrated fact. He was not removed from office after impeachment only because the deciding vote in the Senate said he did not want to be the first person responsible for removing a President from office.

I don't know enough to know how silly or not Sliwa is being here, but I'll say this - Before COVID I hated needles and they freaked me out. Few weeks back I went to the doc and they said "Four vaccinations today?" "Yep. Load me up and let's do this." Also, tetanus shots still suck the most.

Back when Planar Chaos (and Future Sight) came out, Rosewater wrote about how the shifted cards in each set were a sort of a "What if?" thing. Damnation turned into a reprint staple, but cards like this popping up in this context makes flavor sense to establish where this Akroma exists.

I am still amazed that WotC hasn't printed a starter cube product. There's only thousands of examples of pauper and peasant cubes they could easily reprint at a modest price and then suggest upgrades via an insert and online articles. And of course the cube community would modify the heck out of it.

Try explaining the pop culture bomb that was Nirvana and grunge to a 21 year old today. I have because I hire young people to work my stores. It's not their fault, but they have no frame of reference for events like that. But they do keep me keen on the next cool thing, and I enjoy that.

This thread. Also, as a store owner, a UB HP set would, at best, permanently bifurcate the player base. There will be stores who ban HP cards. And stores who allow them will see a chunk of their player base just disappear. It is a terrible business choice.
