Went to the coolest pinball arcade bar, Pyramid Scheme, with my husband on our anniversary weekend. I got totally hooked on the LoTR machine and we blew through our entire bag of quarters in just a few hours. The bartender liked Piper's muppet impression so much that he bought us a round too!

I am fuckin exhausted but the new shelf is up, a new clothing rack is up, and things are all falling into placeeeee Destroying the evil Contractor Beige one room at a time 💪

Walking into the former spare bedroom-turned-library. The walls are now a nice green and there is a massive, almost-to-the-ceiling black bookshelf in the corner. There is also a small file box with a vintage sewing machine.

I have a lifelong friend who I grew up with who now has a baby of her own. At her wedding, her "something borrowed" was my wisdom tooth in a tiny glass jar that we tied up under her dress. She is now thinking about when her son grows up getting to tell the tale of how she had "Aunt Mow's" tooth ❤️

I love to bake, so I will never balk at cake prices at bakeries. I just happily dropped $80 for an allergen-free cake. Is $80 worth it for a 10-person cake? Yes, because it saves me 6-8 hours of my own time & supplies, and I can tackle my other pertinent tasks on Friday instead of baking all day.
