Ok, so you jump on top of the logs to make Mario run on top of them for a bit before hopping off, getting more distance away from the Zeekeeper statue. Do that enough times & the Pelicrump's will get tired & drop the statue, though it sadly doesn't deal any counterattack damage.

Say what you will about Nintendo, but when it comes to physical media they care a lot more about Sony or Microsoft. Before anyone brings up GKC that many third parties are using or how Hyrule Warriors AOI/Pokepokia they are made by Koei Tecmo as developers.

Sorry but we have to actuall return to our senses when it comes to Game Key Cards. The biggest game of the decade (GTA6) will release as a code in the box. Game Key Cards are insanely better than a simple code in a box. They are a necessary evil for third parties.

This also confirms that if there were no chip shortages then the default game prices for these recent games would just be the digital price and not physical. Meaning Yoshi was 60 dollars, Splatoon and Star Fox were 50 dollar games, and Fire Emblem was meant to be 70 all along.

LOL at every grifter who said the 10 dollar upcharge on physical Nintendo games were a Trojan horse for getting rid of them when it's actually because of rising chip costs due to AI. Also a reaffirmation that physical isn't ever going away lol.

If you want that so you can trade or resell, that's fine, here it is, we're offering up that choice. But that but I do think it's a logical divergence between the pricing of the two.

Experimental post: The Duality of Whacka In the Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Whacka can finally be fought, and has a suspiciously specific 108 HP. The game both offers a ridiculously simplistic explanation for this as well as a complex one steeped in Dharmic symbolism.

In Paper Mario, the original version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and Super Paper Mario, Whacka was just a harmless whack-a-mole creature that could be abused to get Whacka Bumps, extremely valuable healing items. After being hit enough times, the Whacka goes extinct, teaching the players the consequences of their actions. However, in the Switch version of Paper Mario: TTYD, he instead moves to the bottom of the Pit of 100 Trials and becomes an optional superboss with 108 HP.
He is fought at the bottom of the Pit of 100 Trials and has to be hit 8 times in order for the fight to activate.
