Local government across Wisconsin all have faced deep, painful budgets cuts. Every year, leaders must decide which services to keep, scale back, or cut—and what is lost in the process. Rural communities have less to choose but to make deep, painful cuts, way past any “fat,” and deep into the bone.

I have a family member who lashes out in this way, and the accusations are never reality-based. I love her but I've had to distance myself from her because of this. She's highly intelligent but has a lot of paranoia in how she perceives the actions of the people and the world around her.

Vyvanse has worked extremely well for me without the crash effect you can get with other stimulants. Also, being kind to myself, limiting a task to 5 minutes, focusing on accomplishing one thing in a day and allowing myself to feel good about it instead of all the things I didn't accomplish.
