I finished Blood of the Dawnwalker, excellent characters and writing with some really cool ideas. But the thing I will take from it the most is strangely that its time limit has helped me learn how to let things go. Which means it's an experience I will forever be grateful for.

After playing Witcher 3 for the last day or so I think the biggest winners in the skill tree changes is sign only builds. Other stuff is still good, but there's so much synergy now that everything in your kit can be used to the point you genuinely can never touch a sword in majority of fights.

Just finished Control Resonant and idk what to say. It blew me away in so many departments, level design, art, cinematography, story, characters I could go on and on and combat gave me a high only games can deliver. I cried multiple times and the final quest had me clapping like a seal. GOTY easy.

I said before the damage wasn't particularly the biggest issue, but making the player aware of how much damage you're doing was. These are really good changes that should make everything a lot more clear.

Most people will focus on this helping people with not much time or just want a relaxing time which is obviously great but it works the other way too. I have become extremely OP at points because of how progression works but I have been able to adjust it to always keep it challenging.

So Post Hotfix thoughts: It's way easier lmao, to the point I wasn't enjoying it as much. But I get the feeling Remedy's goal wasn't aimed at me who has played 20 hours but new players and everyone I spoke to said it felt great for them.

Just wanted to give some advice to people who are playing Control Resonant tomorrow. 1. Upgrade your skills whenever possible because it increases your overall damage regardless if you use the skills or not. Do not worry about it, the game gives you TONNES of resources.

I just defeated the 2nd of the 4 main baddies in Blood of the Dawnwalker and both of them were so charismatic. My only criticism is I wish they played a bigger part in the game overall. But they really have great screen presence when they do.
