🚨preprint @biorxivpreprint.bsky.social We use #SingleMolecule🔬to see how a capsid-targeting antiviral (lenacapavir) hacks assembly of the HIV capsid, which normally protects the #HIV genome. Now also with real-time visualization of the drug breaking open the capsid. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
