You should read Sami’s piece. I hope if we all continue the pressure on the Giants front office to properly apologize and make amends, maybe they’ll stop hemorrhaging fans and their precious dollars, but the boycott should and will continue until they make a genuine effort to make things right

Clement St. in the Inner Richmond for almost any cuisine. Go farther down Clement and get Burmese at Pagan. Walk a few blocks to dive bar Hockey Haven on Balboa (near Laundromat for bagels/pizza). Cross the park to Hook Fish on Irving. Then back down Irving for any Asian food you missed on Clement.

Anyone who's lived in SF for more than a few years knows this to be true. It's insane how Muni can't figure out the concept of "a shuttle" for big events and anticipate the obvious bottlenecks. Even Giants post-games are a mess.

it's pretty funny that the World Cup has sensors that detect the ball's rotation, acceleration, and location every .002 seconds (not exaggerating, the actual tech specs of the sensor) but also the game gets to the end and the ref says "ok I think 9 more minutes ... maybe more if I feel like it"
