I just called my local food bank to inquire if pet food is an acceptable donation. The nice lady exclaimed Yes!! SNAP can’t be used for pets, but if we also donate that in addition to food, then it’s that much more $$ to spend on a family’s groceries. I’m delivering for dogs/cats on Monday.
