Whereas:

Mastercard, Visa, and other payment platforms have been leveraging their power over consumer ability to purchase legal content;
In 2021, Mastercard changed its policies to regulate adult entertainment by preventing the use of its payment platform on numerous adult entertainment sites;
As of July 2025, video game distribution service Steam now cites rule 15, that “adult only” content is not permitted on the platform if it goes against payment processor’s policies. Steam does not describe what content is defined as “adult only”;
As of July 2025, video game distribution website Itch.io has “deindexed” all adult NSFW content from browse and search pages. Users that previously purchased legitimate video games cannot access games that have been removed; and
This has set an unsettling precedent of corporate censorship, causing concern in video game development teams, including developers, voice actors, and artists in other creative fields as their livelihoods are in limbo.

We, the undersigned, citizens of Canada, call upon the House of Commons to
1. Stop financial discrimination by payment platforms against legal goods and services;
2. Ensure transparency to consumers about content restrictions and the rationale behind them; and
3. Protect creators' rights to make legal adult content and ensure a fair appeals process for any penalized media.

On one production during COVID I was a board supe on a 3D show. It was my first time supervising for 3D. I got my 1st ever employee assessment where some of my srs and jrs wrote how I did. My producer read it out to me & it was overwhelmingly positive. Sat on a zoom turning bright red & was touched.

It's night time now, and a full moon is out! An owl hoots out into the darkness, only to cough midway through as its been hitting the vapes the tourists leave behind. There's no cars in the lot but the lights are still on in Tartan Market.

Yaya's eyes are massive, as is her hunger, she didn't decide to get in on eating fish with Ginger earlier and now she has delusions. "This is it, Ginger - The BIG ONE. We're goin' in the front door and TAKING EVERYTHING." She declares, peeking through the brush.

"What?! No way!" Ginger panics at the idea of something that could make her look bad to her new buddy Eggs.

"Aren't you hungry?"

"I'm full." Ginger folds her arms. "I'm done stealing." she decides, confident in her rehoned ability to fish for salmon.

"We're not stealing! We're foraging!" Yaya claimed.

ERRRHH. WHATEVER!

She didn't need her help, and beging to stomp widely toward the shop. If there was anyone to see her display surely it would be intimidating.

She pushes the door open, something that should be rather terrifying if you encounter an actual bear at your retail job.
