Establish that violations of the Emoluments Clauses and the Establishment Clause are impeachable. Establish that war crimes are impeachable. None of these require the mens rea questions that so sidetracked the first two Trump impeachments. The facts are the facts.

I was the executor of a friend’s will and he had paid a few thousand for it from a large firm who did a lot of wills. It was vague, used nicknames instead of specific legal names for accounts and investments. It really was a mess. My take away was to write your own or use rocket lawyer.
