Omg a little hummingbird just visited my Mexican Sunflower!!! It stayed for quite some time, probing the flower head almost with the strength of a woodpecker! It probed and drank for a good 3 minutes before being scared off by a passing car. When it flew off, drops of nectar fell from its beak!

Fresh milled whole-wheat blueberry muffins!! Not as sweet as store bought processed ones but my tastebuds will adjust accordingly & my body will appreciate it too!

lol! I used to use that! Now I just use warm water to wash & cold water to rinse. I don’t use any products. None of them do anything they claim to do. I have wasted tons of money on various products in the past. I use castor oil or calendula for moisturizer. Both are amazing.
