Just got out of therapy. I cried the whole time. And realized that I spent half of it defending myself against myself for judging myself for grieving over the loss of someone I never knew personally. So in case you’re doing the same… be kind to yourself. You can’t make sense out of grief. #AEW 💔

PAC always brought this angry goblin energy, but at the same time, never acted that he was above what he was doing no matter how silly it got. He found a way to fit in. I get the impression from watching him that he really loved wrestling, and those kind of people, to me, are the most fun to watch.

One of the snappiest movers in wrestling history. Be it his dives, his counters, his holds, his strikes, or even his mannerisms, there was a gamesmanship level of precision to all of it that could fluster the viewer on first-watch until you got used to someone moving like he could.

Being so effortlessly smooth in everything he did. Smooth in the air, smooth hitting ground attacks like the rebound German suplex, and smooth talking with that nasty gravely voice. Pac made everything seem so easy. Just phenomenal.

He rarely broke character. Didn’t matter if he was having a 6-star classic with Omega/Ospreay or doing a comedy bit with OC/Lio Rush. He stayed the Bastard the entire time. Every move he did in the ring hit hard and looked believable. One of the most complete wrestlers, ever.

I gotta be honest. Ospreay/Ricochet, with time, with them going full bore, is my DREAM. Seeing their BOSJ match was what made me LOVE wrestling again after coming back to it in 2018. I’m… excited? But I also feel bad about that, because of the circumstances around it, why we get to have it now.

it's a little personal, but when I was 11 or 12 I found the backyard wrestling link (the one the documentary "the link" was about), and with that PAC. even then, 1 year older than me, he was a gifted high flyer with potential. seeing him in aew always felt nostalgic to me, and made me proud of him.

He was the Clark Kent of pro wrestling. He looked like a completely different person in pictures outside of wrestling. The glasses, flat hair and some unassuming clothes that conceal his physique. I may have walked by him in public and never known. Then he'd turn into PAC and fly like Superman.
