100 years ago today, the first Winnie-the-Pooh book was published! A.A. Milne and his son were partly inspired by a bear named after the Canadian city of Winnipeg. Watch this classic Heritage Minute to get the full story. buff.ly/Z4Ko1Mm

Picked up some great items at the New Westminster Halloween market. I was excited to find an Ichi the Killer t-shirt, but the best score was the crocheted zombie torso.

When I was out of shape, that's how I'd look when I'd desperately suck in my gut for a photo.

Pretty sure most field workers, meat packers, and maids are underpaid immigrants too. Not sure where Mr Mask gets his stats from.

I don't want GTA6... I want Sleeping Dogs 2.

My cats, just before meal time, regardless of whether there's still food in the food bowl.

Fat cat sitting on his hindquarters in front of an empty food bowl, saying father, are we poor? Why is my plate so small?

I watched it. It was meh. It strikes me as odd that Marvel would revive the 90s cartoon, seeing as the 90s had some of the stupidest story arcs for most Marvel comics. And, personally, I never could see the appeal of Gambit. An annoying character made worse by terrible voice acting and dialogue.

First the MCU was in trouble because recent movies hadn't been as successful as Endgame... Now the MCU is in trouble because Brand New Day is more successful than Endgame. Yeesh.

Helen of Troy was supposed to be stunningly beautiful. Lupita Nyong’o is stunningly beautiful (and incredibly talented). Feels like perfect casting to me.

Seeing as Lupita Nyong’o is stunningly beautiful and incredibly talented, I think this is perfect casting.

First time in Japan. Shibuya is amazing, especially at night, albeit a tad bit overwhelming.

It's such a fun mix of Lovecraftian/Stephen King comedy.

I'd prefer they give it to Lashana Lynch, but I'd be good with Ana De Armas as well.

Tim Hunt @mighty-timba.bsky.social · 16/05/2026

They should give the role to Lashana Lynch

I gotta say, this is pretty accurate, in my opinion. Although I think Last Jedi and Rogue One time for fourth place.

I can only assume Fisk's Anti Vigilante Task Force has a similarly low bar for hiring officers as ICE. After tonight's episode they must be running low on recruits though. #daredevilbornagain #bullseye

The epilogue for Uncharted 4 was perfect, and the series was nicely wrapped up. I wouldn't object to a similar game, but package it in a new IP please.

I loved the Uncharted series. Still one of my all time favorite game franchises. But the epilogue for Uncharted 4 was the perfect conclusion to the series. Give us a new IP, please.

The comic book version of Cobra Commander was well written. He was evil and conniving, but smart. The cartoon version was so comical and silly. I remember the issue where he gets captured by GIJoe, and they reveal he has a small amount of C4 in his helmet so they couldn't remove it.
