A word of warning. If you are hired by an online recruiting agency. Do not let them alter your compensation agreement post hire. If you are hourly, then you are non-exempt and are entitled to overtime pay. Do not let them claim you are exempt. They are trying to avoid paying overtime, that's fraud.
