As an experiment I asked Claude to set up safe and valid containerized cyber security benchmarks for itself. It set up a “sandboxed” environment with the answers to the questions built into the container, and unrestricted internet acccess. Anthropic skip the part where they review Claude’s code.

Cypro is dangerous at the high levels it’s taken to chemically castrate sex offenders, but in small doses taken once or twice per week over time it is very effective and basically harmless, afaik. 4-12mg cypro per week, not 25-50mg per day.
