I don't want to get behind with German. I was thinking that maybe I could study German passively but I'm open to suggestions. My options are: 1. Focus completly on Mandarin 2. 75% Mandarin 25% English, no German 3. Same as above but German passively What would you do?

So here's the thing: I should be taking a C1 English exam between April and June BUT, additionally, I have to submit the final project for my Chinese class in April, which is the one that will allow me graduate from the Confucius Institute (for which I have not written a single word).

I loved that Bad Bunny said “God bless America!” Then listed countries and islands in the western hemisphere starting from Columbia and Ecuador and ending with the US and Canada. Thus demonstrating that the western hemisphere is the Americas and giving US a social studies lesson many need.

Since I am responsible for the (attempted) eradication of cockroachs in my house, I know for a fact that that buddy is not one I have seen before, which meant... that it's probably related to the other roaches. So I decided to get back on using Anki daily, and... The amount of pending cards is overwhelming, but I've been working on it for the past week, slowly but surely. Today's goal is German and English, today I'll be back on track. Each square represents 200 cards, and I'm almost halfway!

Also, maybe society plays a big role in shaping what we consider to be a beautiful language. This said, I don't doubt that there might be certain factors that might make a language more beautiful, maybe certain sounds make our bodies and minds react in better ways than others.
