Use your big damage cooldowns on trash packs. Trash is more dangerous than bosses, if you can burn them down by sending your 2-minutes when they’re up, do it. Obviously don’t if you’re only gonna get a few GCDs under that burst but there’s no reason for you to hold them by default

I may play all the jobs (somewhat) equally, but M'haminn is canonically a Red Mage and I will be going through Evercold on specifically Evolved Red Mage. Hell, I plan to level all the jobs from 100 to 110 on Evolved Mode so I can get a decent feel for how they work and decide which more I prefer.
