People who do buy DW records aren’t a likely crossover ambient songs that go on forever market. 5/13 tracks here are good. A couple are borderline offensive. I would not recommend this to someone who wasn’t a fan already. #DandysADay

There’s honouring lots of musical styles and then there taking the piss. Some of this feels more like taking the piss. And then it ends on a 16 min ambient track where nothing happens. Who is this for?? People who like this don’t buy DW records. #DandysADay

Okay, first record after leaving Capitol. As I understand it they made enough money from Bohemian Like You to start their own label. But none of the expertise..other acts signed were not too happy. Anyhoo they can do what they like here. #DandysADay

It’s much better than I remembered. I like 8/12 songs here which is pretty good. It’s definitely less commercial, but there’s fun to be had. Not sure what I had against it tbh. #DandysADay

To the surprise of no one who’s been following, this is the last album released by the Dandys on Capitol Records. I think the record label just gave up at this point. I don’t recall much promotion at the time. #DandysADay
