86% of trans people vote for Democrats, and they return the favor by scapegoating and misgendering us.

This is an abusive relationship. If you had a partner who treated you like this and blackmailed you that you'll have it worse without them, the answer would still be to leave. It's time to leave.

"The fascists were perfect gentlemen to us cis het white folk" [Times]
Men in black were perfect gentlemen, say passengers

Jacquetta Morris and her friends on the train from Dover with the “very polite” men who had blocked the port
With a bag full of tinned passion fruit martinis, Jacquetta Morris and two friends were all set for their annual trip to Margate for the Dreamland over-30s festival.

So carefully planned was the outing that tickets for the 12.15pm train from Dover had been booked six months in advance. What the three mothers could not have prepared for, however, were the hundreds of balaclava-clad men surrounding the station.

“The platform was just a sea of black,”

Morris, 38, said. “My friend was worried we wouldn’t be able to get on the train, but I started moving to the front and shouted, ‘Ladies first, isn’t it, lads?’ “They said, Yes, of course, and moved aside for us.”

The men had been among hundreds who brought the port of Dover to a halt on Saturday in what a council leader described as an “exceptionally well organised” anti-migrant protest.

“I must say they were all very polite,” said Morris, who manages a pub in Dover. “I did say to them straight away that I understood their cause but asked them to take off their balaclavas, though they all refused.

“One said part of the reason they were wearing them was to point out that women in burqas can cover their faces in banks and places like that, but British men are seen as intimidating if they do the same. But they were very pleasant, and it was actually quite fun.”

Morris took a picture of herself and her friends surrounded by the men, which she posted to Facebook with the caption: “Safest train in the country right now — defo [definitely] not attacking us”.

About 300 protesters had caused miles of tailbacks, blocking roads around the port and chanting “stop the boats” and “England till I die”.

Morris said: “It wasn’t clear where they were from, but it certainly wasn’t Dover or the surrounding area. Most of them had northern accents, and one told…
