AND SHE'S READY TO PLAY I don't know how to add to sideboard or considering but there is a rotating list of different magic girlies to put in and take out of the deck. also If any girlies play against me In person I'll let you sign one of the nonlegendary creatures! moxfield.com/decks/ouzMNI...

building a galia deck based around girls night. all creatures and Planeswalkers must be women (except for the hostess's cat. every girls night has a cute pet everyone loves.) the noncreature spells must correlate with the idea of parties girls night or getting wasted. any suggestions for cards?

After seeing how last year's playmats somewhat naturally fit together on their edges, I decided I really wanted this years to tile. It was fun figuring out how to get the pattern to repeat both linearly, left to right, and also flipped across the table! Can't wait to see a full table of them.

Image showing six copies of the new Shoebox playmat tiled together.

Tooting my own horn for a sec because I’m real proud of the progress I’ve made on the roughly year and a half that I’ve been making art. Like, holy shit. Thanks for looking at my silly little drawings. I’m gonna keep practicing now 🥰

#tokentober day 4: robot had a couple thoughts for this one, but i landed on the man himself, cyborg franky from one piece! also decided to try something new with the lining style. i dunno if it worked out, but the *vibe* is correct, i feel! #mtg #mtgalter #digitalart #onepiece

a cartoon depiction of the character of franky from one piece on a magic the gathering token. the token reads “robot, 3/3, ‘super!!!’”

#Tokentober starts on October 1st! Each day I'll be making a new Magic the Gathering token. This year I've made my own prompts which people are welcome to use as well if they'd like. Use the hashtag to share and support each others art. I can't wait see what people make! 🎨

In 2017, I created Moxtober, a Magic version of Inktober. Create anything MTG-related (art, writing, etc) to fit daily prompts. Most popular w/ Magic design hobbyists! This is Year 10 of Moxtober. I'm 100% hands-off & the community still keeps it alive. 😭 Here's the 2026 prompt list they created.

Moxtober 2026 prompts: 1 - witches, 2 - double, 3 - toil, 4 - trouble, 5 - fire, 6 - boil, 7 - cauldron, 8 - bubble, 9 - blood, 10 - bold, 11 - resolute, 12 - poison, 13 - toad, 14 - eye, 15 - newt, 16 - knock, 17 - wood, 18 - beware, 19 - wing, 20 - something, 21 - wicked, 22 - share, 23 - sting, 24 - salt, 25 - maw, 26 - laugh, 27 - pain, 28 - secret, 29 - midnight, 30 - hemlock, 31 - thane

most of the time you won't find me ordering cards online (at least for commander decks!) because I find the journey that comes with hunting down cards in person to be part of the fun of deck building. for actually competitive formats though all bets are off tbh.

Azure Alters @mechanicalazure.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

nah nah you got a banger on your hands. I'd watch a web series based around vlogging the deals found to build commander decks. you could be cooking here

you ever look up a magic artist online and just realize they've lowkey been your favorite and you never even noticed? because that just happened to me when I looked up dominik mayer
