Too tired for an update right now. I tried responding to messages here last night but my brain crapped out on me halfway through one. Mom is still not doing well and I'm getting my laser hole in the eyes procedure done tomorrow. SUPER nervous!

We bought this Feasto grill in August and my jerk of a brother complained his ass off and insulted us for buying a grill that fit our budget instead of a $700+ grill! He left the parts laying across the dining room table and had my nephew drive an hour to pick his portable Webber and bring it here

I've had about a 1-1.5 hrs sleep. I spent 42 minutes on the phone with two nurses. One was such an idiot she asked "What time is it? 5:30?" and gave me two different times for her procedure that she didn't actually have an answer for! Then I got my 3rd lecture as to how I should have been there

'TIS THE SEASON FOR SETUPS has a great title and snoozy sounding plot, but gotta give the Hallmark intern who wrote this synsposis full credit for trying to add a little spice. 🙃 You say your dates keeps turning into foursomes? Excuse me sir, is this Cinemax? 😜

Friday, October 16: ’Tis the Season for Setups
Stars: Amanda Schull, Victor Webster, Barbara Niven
Hyper organized single mom and party planner Lexi (Schull), her free-spirited mother June (Niven)
and teen daughter Piper (Verity Marks) are set to spend Christmas at a local ski resort after Lexi is
hired to organize their annual holiday party. Upon arrival she immediately butts heads with Ridge
(Webster), the ski instructor and son of the lodge’s owner, Dan (John B. Lowe). Despite not getting
along from the get-go, Lexi and Ridge notice a spark between June and Dan and decide to set them
up. Lexi and Ridge create a multitude of festive excursions – and excuses – to bring them together
but thanks to creative machinations by June and Dan these outings keep turning into foursomes. In
the days leading up to the Christmas party Lexi and Ridge’s attempt to pair up their parents brings
them closer together and their merry matchmaking ends in surprising results.
