French aerospace defense firm Dassault Aviation will join the Minxiong Aerospace Park in Chiayi, southwestern Taiwan, set to open on 9/28. The site will serve as Taiwan's main hub for aerospace and drone R&D and play a crucial role in a democratic drone supply chain.

Training and testing isn’t combat. The success of Desert Storm was due as much to lessons learned Panama and Grenada as they were Red Flag and Fort Irwin (oh and all the commanders were Vietnam vets). For example, the PLA has never executed the targeting cycle at scale or on a combat timeline.
