This is my first draft of the day / night cycle for Pokémon Anemoia. Both dawn & dusk share the same tileset, so I chose colors that share a middle-ground between the two. The official version likely aimed for golden hour, while I opted for an alpenglow. Then with night, I just made it glow more. ✨

I feel the same way sometimes! I'm pretty bad at fanart (even though I know the value of trending things) I love your art, especially your work with environments and color palette with those "GB limitations". I came here for the zelda/pokémon stuff, but stayed for your unique vision!
