I've worked out what I like about Prime Minister Mark Carney. He always looks like he got out of bed 15 minutes ago, threw a suit on and a comb through his hair and stepped in front of the camera. Then, he is sharp as a tack. An entire career saying difficult things to difficult rooms was worth it.

Been watching Mona Kimura clips and she is bloody brilliant. It's like she has three punching limbs. 2 jabs and a deadly cross. She's not even fast, she is committed to hitting her target and she does over and over. if I walked on your face with my normal step but I never missed your face, ever.

If someone sees me at the gym for 18 weeks straight, I am probably preparing to do someone in. If someone sees me in the pool for 48 weeks straight, I am probably preparing to go to the gym. If someone sees me out for a walk on a regular basis, I'm probably preparing to go to the pool. Plan Ahead!!!

I just watched the movie version of "Project: Hail Mary". It's "The Bourne Identity" all over again. Take the best bits from a book and make it a movie. It makes for an excellent movie, not an excellent represenbtration of the book.
