We got Evil Dead (uncut) as a dual feature when a visiting School stayed overnight after a Rugby clash. I was in first year, around 12 years old, and I remember, as I've never watched it again, it contained much more than horror. Eyes wide opened!

I loved these as a child. I now refer to them whenever someone says they can't get moved under all the stock/equipment/furniture. I say, "it's just a sliding block puzzle". I'm not sure if the blank looks are because they don't know what that is or they could never solve one.

My body agrees with me and that happened for my pre booked holiday time, 2 days build up at work and then 9 days in bed during my paid holiday time. It happens so often that when my coworkers hear I have booked time off they tell me they hope it's for a trip away rather than me being sick or injured

at the drop of a hat but one day I overheard some of my coworkers complaining about how behind the work was because of me. I've had the flu once in the last 10 years, not a 2 day flu but an 11 day trip to hell and back. Guess what?

I'd rather be working while sick than at home sick and just as miserable. People tell me that this is a selfish attitude. But my coworkers did not have to pick up all of my work while I was sick and I do make sure I'm not a human petri dish while at work. Now, I used to call in sick...

For this very reason, I'm glad my Stepson is a boy. When stressed, like when your little girl needs to pee, I would have set up a 10 mile cordon and stood guard making everyone in a 12 mile radius very uncomfortable. Vs "I need to pee", "no probs my boy, its over there". Girl Dads are doin the work.

I've worked out what I like about Prime Minister Mark Carney. He always looks like he got out of bed 15 minutes ago, threw a suit on and a comb through his hair and stepped in front of the camera. Then, he is sharp as a tack. An entire career saying difficult things to difficult rooms was worth it.
