Apologies in advance for the alt text not catching the details. Just to excited to not share my Friday night math and music book club at my local bar. Titles and in alt text. WOW!!!!

4/4 Coloring Mondrian inspired abstract art.
Mondrian inspired coloring page - many rectangles of brown, blues, green, orange, pink and white. A young ladies hands at the top left and lower left corners, she is presenting it as ready for photographing.

Far Left - nine crayons

3/4 Are you an adult getting restless bc your kid likes the blocks so much you might miss the whole fair? Try adding up the numbers from 1 to 100. Tactile hint helped but mostly we just talked about how abstraction helps one look past details to see a structure beneath.
Text - What is the sum of the numbers from 1 to 100?
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 .... = ?
Maybe we can use abstraction to help. I used abstraction to change this question into a card game. Hint cards are here to help. Talking to people is very much encouraged.

Mid Left - brown crayon scribbling over the answer to the question

Lower Right - 1 cm connecting cubes arranged in vertical stacks of 1,2,3,4,5,6. Shadows cast by extend across the page.

BLOK-TOK is always fun. A chicken, a turtle, an arcade game like Wack A Mole but it has Tetris like pieces(20 questions exhausted) and a little dude doing something like action painting by Pollock. This "thing" slid apart to reveal an ant-eater/lion, a WLG(Weird Lil Guy) and their space ship 2/4
Kids building with 1 cm unit connecting cubes

Top Left - A very blocky and stocky chicken yellow body, orange feet and wings with some black cubes for waist and eyes
Bottom Left - Green turtle with brown shell
Top right - young lady holding two object - a red mace of club and the floor and one wall of an arcade game similar to Wack A Mole
Bottom Right - something like action painting like Pollock. This "thing" slid apart to reveal an ant-eater/lion, a WLG(Weird Lil Guy) and their space ship

Text from Top -
BLOK TOK
1 build something
2 when your something becomes to you a thing - declare BLOK TOK!
3 It's time to talk about your blocks.
	a. Rigorous - 20 questions. You must declare which of the three categories - animal, vegetable or mineral
your thing is and then people ask yes or no question to guess what it is.

	b. Also fun - Show and tell - explain what your thing is.

Text Box lower Left - Dual Tilings Lizzie KodpuakSeptember 2026
We say a tiling T1 is dual to another T2 when it is possible to set up a
particular sort of one to one correspondence between the tiles, edges and vertices of T1 and the tiles, edges and vertices of T2 such that the inclusions are reversed.
By this we mean if T1 contains a given tile with a certain vertex then in T2 the corresponding vertex is contained in the corresponding tile.
