when Macklemore was kicked off touring with him because he said free palestine by maga donor and epstein list’s Robert Kraft, instead of backing him up and affirming his stance on palestine, he instead took the cowards route saying he was apolitical and “both sides suffered”.

I know all y’all loved Dolly, but I don’t think I can fully express how important she was to us here in East Tennessee. She will always be an icon for showing us how to embrace our better selves & be good to each other, representing our region with pride & grace, and modeling relentless generosity.

theres a section of private property in the smoky mountains foothills where Dolly Parton's actual childhood home still exists it ought to be registered as a national landmark and preserved.

Dolly Parton was not a billionaire, because multi-millionaires who are good people like her never get past that last finish line. Not when there are kids who need books to read and sick people who need vaccines.

There's no shortage of cynicism and apathy in the world right now and it's hard to maintain a positive potential outlook on the future. It is arguably the most important thing to keep your humanity & help out with the capabilities you have. You don't have to have millions to be a Dolly to someone.

trans people in the UK will literally end up killing them. Im not exaggerating. The olympic ruling was in part because of her. Literally you dont have to be trans to subject to transphobia, cis brown and black women also are subjected to “transvestigating”. She is promoting and cheering on that
