Given the timing, the drop height is approximately 15 meters, resulting in an impact speed of around 60 km/h. A drone travels twice as fast, but the net could trigger the detonator. As you can see, the design is very heavy. I believe its practical application is extremely limited.

Russia doesn't understand the concept of a shaped charge. In practice if you know you're facing nets then they're no more going to save you than any armour. You can just adapt the fuse, or have multi-stage charges to blast right through.
