20 Russian officers killed in Ukraine’s August 26 mass missile strike, including SCALP, on Donetsk have now been identified by name, 44 days after the attack. The missiles hit Russian command posts, including an underground parking garage beneath an unfinished residential complex.

Oh, and one more thing I wanted to show you: how this exercise ended for the tank. The radio connection broke down frequently, and in the end he was lying in a mud pit. And in reality, it wasn't entirely unmanned, either.

1/2 They had problems with 3 engines during startup and still managed to travel over 30 km? It doesn't look like they were trying to turn back, either. I think that part of the report might be incorrect. It was also said that the TU-95 was unarmed; in one video, ammunition can be heard exploding.

1/8 Initial key details regarding the Russian state budget for 2027 have been released. The aim is to focus more on the "social security of citizens". In concrete terms, the state is increasing revenue from housing-related utility costs, by between 8% and 22%, depending on the region.

Oil products Why doesn't Sep look much worse than Aug for Ru oil products and chemicals? Diesel is under an export ban through Sep 30 & refineries get hit every 3 days on average this year per the IEA. But KSE Institute puts diesel and gasoil at up to 36% of oil product exports. The rest still flows

1/6 Thanks for those figures. That's exactly what I said, the state is spending more and more on these subsidies and taking in less and less. However, he cannot raise the money in any other area in the short term. They either have to incur debt or continue selling off their gold reserves.

💥 Now we can truly see the major defeat the Russian bloggers were talking about! In the last image, I’ve marked the same line in black as in the first one. That’s the line I used back then to mark the Ukrainian offensive's suspected axis of advance.

1/3 The real estate bubble continues to grow. Construction began on 50 million square meters in July. Before the war, the annual average was 7 million m² per month. The maximum was around 17 million, and that only happened once a year.

1/7 Today, I’d like to focus on the company "Magnit." It is one of Russia's largest food retailers. Over the past two years, it has lost more than 70% of its market value! Admittedly, this isn't a company that contributes significantly to the state budget, but I see great significance for RUS here.

Russia appears to lack about a third of the refining capacity needed to meet domestic demand. I believe national reserves in the region have been depleted over the last few weeks. On top of that, there was the attack on the refinery in Orsk. Now, imported gasoline is reaching the pumps.

For some oligarchs, the focus now is on hiding money. But they will hardly invest in the economy. Putin’s popularity is waning alongside the prosperity of the Russian people. Economically, Russia has lost the war, while militarily, the situation is stagnating. Only the casualty figures are rising.

Russia's crude exports hit a war-era high in June 2026 - up ~14% and the most since the invasion began. Not resilience: it's the flip side of collapse. Drone strikes crippled refineries, so raw crude gets shipped out instead of refined fuel. Source: KSE/Energy Intelligence. 1/3

Export volumes of oil products are collapsing due to damaged refineries and attacks on ships. One consequence of the attacks was the export ban, as the domestic market had to be supplied by the remaining refinery capacities.I wonder if the RUS will also have to face contractual penalties from abroad.

There is hardly any ship movement in the Sea of Azov. The holding areas north and south of Kerch are also deserted. Only a few ships remain there. In the Tuapse, Sochi, and Novorossiysk area, many ships have their tracking systems active. However, as always, their true position is heavily obscured.

1/2 If it is true that the Su-35 was destroyed in an air-to-air battle, this could mark a turning point regarding KAB drops. A long-range air-to-air missile was almost certainly used, but the Su-35 spotted it too late and failed to escape.I think UAF has been trying like that for several months.

The fuel shortage is becoming a wildfire. However, it is also possible that the Russians are overreacting here because they expect even more losses in the coming weeks. But it's also about ensuring that no one hoards 1,000 liters of fuel or even exports it to a region with a genuine fuel shortage.
