Watching Ireland play football can be tough at times. Yet we do it. I've been to home games and I know plenty of people who travel the world for them. I don't think I've ever been so at odds with a team I support. And for them to be representative of a nation and to so at odds with the majority

Baffles me that RTÉ don't have live streamed news coverage of this. It's massive.

Context to Gavin Bazunu’s position: a matchday squad of 23 must be submitted to UEFA before midnight tonight, and *must* include three goalkeepers. Were he to simply refuse to play, the FAI would only be able to submit a squad if they (farcically) redesignated an outfielder as a goalkeeper.

Ed was in a fucked up position. He knew it. His typical apolitical stance was being challenged in a way it never had been before. He told me that the words
"Free Palestine" and the image of the Palestinian flag were hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with. I told him that if those words were more offensive than tens of thousands of Palestinian children being killed by Israel, then there was a fundamental disconnect between where those people stood and where I stood. But he couldn't get past his public facing, "I don't take sides."

I got an interesting update from the DPC today. They've not heard of a breach/leak from Revolut. As the one stop shop location for Europe and EU customers affected I would expect the DPC to have been informed as part of Revoluts initial tranche of notifications. Heavily suggesting this is US based

The Revolut leak is bad. Very bad. But this reporting is irresponsible. To my knowledge there has been zero reported access to an Irish account. Revolut locks accounts for a variety of reasons - including to protect customer money.
