🚨 Last call for Dizzie, now under kill command. Found w/ a chain around her neck & bungee cord attached to it, tied to a pole. Arrived fearful but is now all cuddles & kisses. Social, adoptable, wiggly, affectionate, treat-motivated, cute. She has been on walks & is neutral passing strangers & dogs.

We adopted our now 17 year old Spaniel mix when he was around 10 and it's just been wonderful. Only downsides which we understand and accepted is it can be expensive and it's getting pretty sad as he kind of peters out. We love the boy, would do it again in a heartbeat.

The thing is those Developers were always if they were lucky just getting out clean but no profit. The buildings would be bought at good prices because they are just sunk costs the developer is paying interest on if the building doesn't go ahead eventually leading to bankruptcy They are losing less
