Questioning??? The past two years have been nonstop demolition of our public health infrastructure. A lot of people died during COVID when most of that remained...it can only be worse now. So much worse.

Questioning? We weren't ready last time and this administration has dismantled every remaining speck of public health infrastructure, so it can only go worse. I said in 2024 that we were all going to die in increasingly ridiculous ways and nothing I've seen has changed my mind.

Of *all* the problems currently facing children, I'm not sure that toxic chemicals in their underwear is anywhere in the top 50 biggest. Like, isn't there a measles outbreak in that state? And contaminated food all over? And a million other crises?

My husband had the *nerve* to complain about the colonoscopy. Dude, I went through IVF, aaaaallll the pregnancy complications and two c-sections. *And* two colonoscopies. So I'm not sympathetic.

For all the joking about not knowing what day/year it is, I just woke Barak up for school, except it's Saturday. And I did this last week too. Sigh. Fortunately he forgives me.

Watching a third Thai BL from a specific production company and I expect that they'll use some of the same actors. That's cool, that's part of the appeal. I get that they want the characters' "looks" to be distinct from the last show. But they have done something truly tragic to N'Pon's hair.

Actor Pon Thanapon Aiemkumchai in character as Sun in The Crow Club, with some deeply tragic hair choices on the part of the costume designers. Yikes.

I vaguely remember the fruit slices on Pesach, but not any other time. They've been the snack of choice at our shul for at least 20 or so years, but not at a kiddush. They're what the rabbi and hazzan have in a basket on the bimah to give kids brave enough to come up and sing Adon Olam or something.

Wait, I just saw that OP said Pesach. But that's not a name I've ever seen. I think the ones we get are like, Barton's or Manischewitz.

There's a Pesach version of fruit slices that have always appeared at seders? But I've never seen them called "Boston" fruit slices. And they're not individually wrapped, so you can't hand them out to kids on the bimah or throw them at an b'nai mitzvah or aufruf, so...
