iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I’ve been there too many times and can confirm that extended low-cal eating mega blows. I end up being a colossal bitch for the duration bc I’m angry at everything. 😖

yeah, lighting makes SUCH a difference, it's nuts. For those of us that are compositionally impaired (read: me) this is basically wizardry

I've gotta keep myself from doing it too often, bc at a certain point it's self-harm tbh. At least we can take some comfort that, like most of Reddit, it's likely that 70%+ of the posts are botted

Yeah, I've been finding the only sustainable solution is focusing on the hyper-local as much as possible. Because the amount of anger and impotence I feel in the face of this madness is honestly paralyzing.

Yooooo the Mondo kaiju statues are SO INCREDIBLE, what an amazing addition to your collection. I'm so sad I missed the boat on the the King Ghidorah one, it was also a stunner

Morbid curiosity got me checking /r/c*nservative, hoping that with so much documentary evidence, there'd be no way they'd buy obvious partisan spin this time. Nope. Just comment after comment of "FAFO". I guess that's it, then. RIP semblance of a shared reality.

An aspect of the video that we don’t see as the viewer but know the ICE agent definitely DID see was that he was watching Renee turn her steering wheel to her right as he pulled his gun out. The intent to drive *away* is indisputable and this was nothing short of murder.

Popped open Diablo 4 for the first time since the expansion announcement and.. Blizzard. Guys. This is what happens when you gut QA. Also other companies take note: genAl be damned, THIS is how you placeholder. (Just.. ideally you notice before it goes live.)

A screenshot of the helm transmog window in Diablo 4. One of the helm icons has been replaced with a hot pink square bearing the letters “PH” (presumably meaning “placeholder”).

I'm noticing that there seemed to be a stronger sense of album flow in the pre-streaming days. Now the vibe feels v jumbled - songs are often slapped together with no real thruline Like, when's the last time we had something as cohesive as Janet Jackson's "janet"? (Maybe "Dawn FM" by The Weeknd?)

girl, same. I'm most afraid of takeoffs, and the best thing I ever did for the fear was watch a bunch of cockpit gopro recordings to walk through the pilot's procedures over and over and over again until I could predict exactly what would happen and when. ngl tho - I've still got anxiety about it.

For real. There was a time where it would only take minutes to find out why outside smelled weird or the reason a helicopter was circling. Now all up-to-the-minute local info is gated behind unsecured rage-factories like Citizen or NextDoor.

I mean, is there a correct answer that doesn't involve Mouse Guard? Or Redwall? Either one being brought to life by Sony Animation would make my heart sing. We haven't had a good "tiny world of animals" animated movie since.. what, A Bug's Life?
