Normally we would end the day by starting the horror marathon, but given what AEW is tonight, we're starting early

When you have both William Regal and Will Ospreay call you the greatest wrestler to come out of England, I think the title's official at that point.

Someone was talking about PAC being stoic at meet & greets on Twitter, so it reminded me of this anecdote.

Small child in red flannel and blue jeans standing next to PAC with long hair, wearing black AEW hoodie and shorts. Both are wearing facemasks.

Nolie met PAC at a Dynamite, when AEW was still doing preshow meet and greets.

They both looked each other up and down. Then PAC stoically says “How is your day, little child?”.

When it was picture time, he plainly said “Stand with me in battle” to Nolie.

It was perfect.

The thing I'll remember most about Ben is how kind and fun he was with my kids when I'd bring them around. Ben was a generational talent inside the ring and a great dude outside of it. May you rest in and may your family find peace. ❤️

It's heartbreaking to follow these guys like Brodie and PAC since they could only be watched on wrestling DVDs, seeing them rise to mainstream, and then follow them until their final match. Then, one day you're checking BlueSky and they're gone. I don't know if I even have the words to say.

He was one of a kind. A trailblazer everywhere that he went. A world champion. A lovely bastard. This isn't fair.

I know we say this a lot when someone dies, but I mean this, nobody said a bad word about PAC ever. And he's swam some shark invested waters in the last 25 years. Yet he was so admired and liked by his peers and the fanbase. God, his poor mother.

The instinct to share something personal about Pac, but the amount of respect, care and commitment he had to wrestling and to being a professional is a line I can't bear to cross - but let that remind you just how good he was. Forever loved, forever respected. What a fucking Bastard.

Not that I want to see another Spider-Man spin-off that doesn't have Spider-Man or Venom, but what IS Sony's beef with Black Cat? Seventeen Spider-Man movies, and she can't even get a name drop.

I was given an espresso martini by Erin's mum earlier and she is one of my favorite bartenders. She knows how to make it as alcoholic as possible before it starts to detract from the taste of the cocktail.

I can't imagine not loving Superman as a character. At his best, his stories explore the struggle of being a super-powered alien who struggles to fit into society and protect everyone and every thing that he can. At his worst, it's shit like this which is STILL FUNNY.

You can’t even comprehend how important Eien ni Hen’s work is to the fan translation community. Romancing SaGa, Fire Emblem, Sakura Wars, Tear Ring Saga, Glory of Heracles, Dragon Force II, Dark Half, Beyond Oasis, Psi-O-Blade, Arabian Nights, and so much more. What a loss. Rest in peace.

Our last #MovieNight double feature of September features two comedies about people that want to make it BIG. First, 'Nirvana The Band The Show The Movie' about a struggling band looking to book their dream venue. Then, a dark comedy about a terrible comic who grows a third arm 'The Dark Backward'!

One of my favorite cases of someone being Wrong on the Internet was a very earnest, very confused vegan who was telling people how cruel honey is; and it eventually turned out they thought honey was made by putting bees in a centrifuge and spinning them around until they threw up.
