You could for example put bilingual materials in spaces where immigrant mothers or fathers of young children gather in order to promote multilingualism. (It doesn't have to only be a mother's job to maintain a heritage/home language, a la @malwinagudowska.bsky.social)

Was wondering the same about signs being different/same. These days, I am usually flying out of Calgary or Saskatoon so do not have other examples but this is the first time I noticed this particular sign. Many parts of the city also have Indigenous languages on display as part of the landscape.
