I stayed on twitter too long. I had curated a little neighborhood that was just baseball. I had blocked and muted enough people and I could use the private account features. I see 20-25 cars like this every single day. There are whole blocks uptown that are double-parked by cars with obscured plates. Enforcement would take 3 minutes and pay for itself 10 times over.

Several years ago, the cops just broadly and quietly stopped even giving the impression of enforcing the law. Since then the driving culture of the city, already toxic to begin with, just rotted out completely. I see 50-100 illegal things every day not even looking very hard. It sucks!

The size of the car makes every decision more dangerous but there are violent criminals driving cars of all sizes and this is one of them. The person decided to drive like this and the person should be in jail for reckless endangerment.
