If you are commissioning an artist, and want a specific pose, don't run to genAI to try and make it for you. Draw a stick person. Stick person poses are beloved among all artists. We can see exactly what you want. Do not fear sending the stick person. The stick person is magical.

I haven’t really played the ptcg since Utrecht and I have a cup next sunday ... I will have to bring Archaludon with me, aren’t I. But I still haven’t edited the deck to fit me better. Booo.

some more redraws i did for the pkmn tcg redraw event on tumblr! the zigzagoon was a pinch-hit for the hoenn redraw event, and the hippowdon was for the sinnoh redraw event! #aimadraws #bskyart #pokemon #イラスト --- Original Zigzagoon art by Atsuko Nishida Original Hippowdon art by Kyoko Umemoto

sheltered in between two shrubs against a brick wall, a zigzagoon sits among the tall grass and flowers, sitting at a toadstool that it's using as a table. there's little claw marks in the cap of the mushroom, where the zigzagoon has scratched at the makeshift table when it got impatient
-

a female hippowdon lays at a sandy riverbank in an oasis of a desert canyon, in front of a waterfall. she is surrounded by 3 dwebble, one of which is shiny, and she lets them crawl around her and on her, since they help remove rocks from her sand holes.

one on her back is smiling, and she looks back at it with a relaxed smile. the shiny one at her feet is smiling and singing with happiness. the third one in the foreground looks on.

in the top left corner of the picture, some branches with small white flowers on them help give the picture some depth. a small grassy cliff with some shady trees rises a bit off the ground. the canyon trails away in the distance to the right of the picture, following what would be the erosion path of the river.
---

🍋 lil lemonade stand! #b3d #pokemon #art

3d render of a quagsire tending to a lemonade stand. the stand has a classic red and white striped awning, with several glasses and a large pitcher of lemonade on the table, with a small chalkboard sign saying "sale" on one side. to the left are several crates of lemons. on the grass, a wooper waits for its glass of lemonade in front of the stand, while a poliwag is sipping on its lemonade contently to the side. a playful wooper is on the bottom left of the image.

Now that it's been returned to its owner (who loved it), I wanted to share the Pokémon TCG binder that I painted for a friend. She chose the Pokémon and the basic idea for the scene and after a few raw sketches and ideas, she approved the crude lineart and wanted the final to be a surprise.

Photo of a hand painted Pokémon TCG card collection binder. It is a white binder in the extra large size that has 36 slots on each page. The scene is an Ekans in a tree wrapped around a branch, Mew flying in the air, Snorlax sleeping on its belly under the tree, Bulbasaur sleeping near Snorlax, Eevee standing near the edge of a creek, Mudkip in the creek spitting water at Vibrava in the sky, Totodile floating on its back in the river, and Breloom sitting among some mushrooms. Arrtx and Posca paint pens were used to paint the scene.

I forgot to post a picture of my first painted bag... let’s change this now ! This was supposed to become my TCG bag, but a messenger bag is bad for my back. But I still ended up with a really cute bag !

The front flap of a black eastpack messenger bag. On it, the pokemon clefairy is painted, surrounded by clouds, with a shooting star and the moon
