In the week England are left with one natural RB, it's fair to wonder how far away Jayden Bogle is. Rarely injured and consistently improved in line with #lufc's recent rise. If he and Leeds continue on their current trajectory, he has to be in the mix before the end of this season.

Bogle for England? Why Leeds’ ‘unpredictable’ full-back should be in the conversation (Gift Article)
The adaptable Jayden Bogle has impressed for Leeds this season and may justifiably wonder how close he was to an England call-up

If Monday night was champagne football, this was more like the gravy on your roast dinner: appreciated, but slow-pouring and likely to leave you asleep on the sofa. A disappointment in the context of last week's hopes, but an extension of a supreme start in the grander scheme. #lufc

If you can't find a way to win, don't lose the game - Daniel Farke pleased with the spirit shown on a day Leeds United were a long way from their best. #lufc

Leeds United 0 Crystal Palace 0: A valuable point? Why did Farke’s side struggle? Was VAR right? (Gift Article)
Leeds were nowhere near the level they set on Monday night under the Elland Road lights. As the match wore on, it became more and more clear

DF on nine from five being a good start: "No doubt about this. We all know we can't complain too much. Not the easiest fixture list. We have done many things right. This points average is happy days at the end of the season. Good feeling to be in a good position." #lufc

DF on dressing room: "They were disappointed they didn't win it and go third. My lads dream big. They needed an arm around the shoulder. Some criticism on things we could do better, but we didn't lose sight of the big picture. Nine points, top defensive behaviour, unbeaten, is remarkable." #lufc

DF: "Have to be tidy on the ball in their half. We were too slow in the head. If you don't create chances you should do it through set pieces, but didn't get the first or second touch on many of these. Good, valuable point." #lufc

DF: "Mixed emotions after the game. Reality it's not 38 games of magic, champagne football. Sometimes it's a Sunday afternoon when you have to dig in. I liked the clean sheet and extending the unbeaten run. Too loose with the ball, didn't move it quick enough." #lufc

Reality check for Leeds after week of deserved hype. Never got going and nobody seemed to show anything. Palace battled well. Farke will talk up the value of drawing when they can't win. Calvert-Lewin missed a big chance. Unbeaten and nine points from five games remains a good start. #lufc

Best moment of the game for Leeds. Bogle with a Zidanesque pirouette down the line, into the final third. Cross comes in from Justin. Calvert-Lewin meets it, five yards out, centre of goal, unmarked, but only shoots straight at Benitez. #lufc

Goal Palace. Been coming. Leeds have been second-best to everything since half-time. Khalaili played in down the right, gets in behind and crosses. Justin slides in to block, but his interference loops into the air for Mitchell to run onto..... Ruled out for offside. #lufc

HT: 0-0. Not a great spectacle and not a lot in the game. Trafford's had a couple of regulation stops to make, while Leeds have probably edged the opportunities. Defence looks more stretched than usual with Palace competing in midfield. Okafor a bright spot. #lufc

Home support audibly frustrated with some of the lax Leeds defending. Palace able to almost walk the ball into the home area. Eventually cleared. Okafor goes down the other end, beats a few defenders, but Canvot cuts out his cross. #lufc

Kamada, Timber and Pino starting to find some useful pockets between the Leeds defence and midfield. They're finding time and space to look up and thread passes in behind. Not had the quality to find their mark, but visitors having a decent spell. #lufc

Very good tackle by Muharemovic. Timber got goal-side of Ampadu in midfield and ran at the Leeds area before sliding Strand Larsen into the box. Bosnian recovered well, slid in, won it and allowed Trafford to collect. #lufc

DF on Bahoya: "With a young boy, I have to look after them before I throw them into the cold Premier League water. If a player doesn't perform well on debut, they're quickly buried. I have to make sure they are ready. Top character. Lots of potential and skill." #lufc
