The second wave of layoffs conveniently hit Halo Studios only after they shipped a game. I fully expect the next and final wave of Xbox layoffs to affect The Coalition after they ship Gears of War: E-Day in a few weeks, regardless of how the game financially performs.

As part of their 'restructuring' Halo studios now no longer makes Halo. If this isn't the most obvious tell that the new leadership is brain dead idk what is. You cut nearly 300 jobs from the studio and hand their game over to the call of duty devs? Why not keep them and make both even faster?

Well, I beat Campaign Evolved on Legendary 5 days ago (the main Campaign) and beat the bonus missions around the same time on Heroic. Its definitely a fun damn game, and I think its so close to perfect. Its just getting tiring to see people get bashed for saying anything good about it

Ive got two from the same franchise. 1. A Halo game set during the Insurrection War, playing as either an ODST or Marine. This was a 30 year conflict and I WANT to see more of it. I know Halo avoids human enemies, but I think a break from the Covenant or Alien factions would be nice.
