As someone who walked out of their assessment thinking there's no way I'm going to be diagnosed because everything they asked me to do wasn't really an issue/worried I masked too much and STILL got an ADHD diagnosis...nope. 😅 I got diagnosed based off of things I wasn't even considering.

One thing to know is that 988 is not just for those with suicidal ideation, but also if you have a friend who is struggling or if someone you care about died by suicide and you need someone to talk to. I sadly had to use 988 recently for the latter. They were a calming presence at an awful time.

1. Aiden has taken a little bit of everything from the Eurovision song formulas to make "Bella" - a well sung male ballad that feels current, theatrical, AND a little cheeky/quirky at the same time...and also includes native language. It's like we checked off every box on the list.
