Today's #TeaOnTrains is a lunch time trip to Wrexham so I've swapped the tea for a mac n cheese mug shot. Amused the lovely catering lady who insisted I have a napkin from the trolley! She suggested all I was missing was a doilie. Feel I might need to crochet one and up my #TeaOnTrains game 🤣

Q3: values-based as a strategy or approach or a personal characteristic? Prob needing all of the above to be an authentic leader without being consumed by the politics and power dynamics and still achieve meaningful outcomes not just ‘KPIs’ #QIsky

That’s super hard and difficult. I suppose it’s a bit of best guess which priority to go after and try to take a few steps forward on that….. and be realistic and honest that we can fix everything immediately! #qisky

Q3. Big question but important. Good ideas sometimes don't recieve support, and working across systems can be a challenging field to navigate. Authenticity and purpose are helpful, showing integrity and inclusivity of all voices. #QISky #AHPQI
