It's been a bit sad watching some engineers make AI their entire personality. You can be excited and enthusiastic about it and. Rack it up to an 8 or 9, but there's really no need to take it all the way to 11.

Working on age‑banding in Everblossom today. I started with broad groups (Reception, Infants, Primary…), but the more child‑development research I read, the clearer it is that 3, 4 and 5‑year‑olds need totally different narrative styles. Time to get more granular.

I'm still not totally sold on agents. Feels more like Brute Force instead of AI. Will continue experimenting, but the "AI as a dev buddy" approach is giving me the best results so far (and it's less brutal on token usage!)
