Yikes, upnp is a really bad idea. This means devices can just willy nilly poke holes into your firewall, and not even knowing it. Yunohost did this with the SSH port. Router vendors should disable this option by default #firewall #infosec #upnp

Today i made the switch to cachyOS. Linux Mint ran like garbage on my main laptop. Lets see what cachyos does. It neatly picked up my nvidia card, promising So yes, i run arch btw!!!

Welp guys. I found what could be the smallest USB 3.0 drive on the planet 8 whole gigabytes. Sadly this drive has to be shredded, since it comes from one of our clients that wants their data destroyed.

Helped out my grandpa in converting a video from his brother. He "digitized" some DVD's from him, but the file was bigger then 4GB. So it did not fit on a FAT32 formatted USB drive. (They were .mpg files) So luckely i had my laptop with me, fired up Handbrake, and converted the file to a mpeg4 […]
