The funny thing is that Congress has the power under Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 to establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and so, could tell the White House/DHS to go kick rocks, by including a requirement to hold naturalizations every day.

Best option if affordable is to ditch for-profit Advantage plan and switch back to traditional Medicare and buy a supplemental plan which covers the other 20%. Fewer restrictions and comprehensive coverage. Still have to purchase a Part D - drug policy. Intentional cruel madness.
