This point needs to be made over and again: The main purpose of wealth taxes should not be to raise revenue. That's a small and secondary benefit. The main purpose should be to *reduce the fortunes of the ultrarich*. Why? Because those fortunes present a massive threat to democracy and public life.

Following feedback from educators, we also made two versions of each video: gesture videos for learning the songs with gestures, and animations to help illustrate the concepts more deeply. Here is a band of cats (The Purrfect Numbers) showing children how to keep time with changing tempo!

This was a particularly innovative and landmark project, following on from my PhD research which identified that songs can be used as knowledge brokering in mathematics education. We assembled an international team of researchers, mathematicians, composers and designers and codesigned the songs....
