DOLLY PARTON'S COLESLAW
Preparation time: 10-12 minutes. Serves 10 - 12
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chipped
1 carrot, chopped or grated
1/2 bell pepper, finely chipped
1 tsps sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 dill pickle, chopped or 1 tbsp pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve

It's true. They take your card number before answering questions. They do, however, coordinate with the pet ER and give them their doctor's recommendations prior to arrival. It was frustrating for us when our dog ate poison but, the expert opinion was worth it.

The earliest form of marbling originated in Japan (and possibly China) around the 12th century. Known as Suminagashi or "floating ink"). As the trade routes evolved, the concept traveled to Central Asia, Persia (modern-day Iran). In Türkiye they call it ebru. IG: @thesoftasylum
